Back in 2008, I started working with a new business.

It was 3 ex-telesales guys just starting out in a run-down office in London’s east end.

Only two months into the venture, they were generating about £30,000 a month in sales – just cold calling prospects on phone.

Yeah, they were good. But they wanted to do better.

I was called in because these guys had been playing with Adwords to generate warm leads, but couldn’t get it to work.

After two months work, I cut their Adwords spend by 46% and quadrupled the number of leads they were getting. 428% to be exact.

Six months later, they were in a swish docklands office with two receptionists and an entire sales team.
